Real Wedding: Tiphany & Jamie
| Happy Monday Guys....hope you all had a FAB weekend and thank you for stopping by the cafe!! Meet Tiphany & Jamie....their wedding is totally fabulous....."Vintage Glam" all the way and the details are AMAZING and I LOVE Tiphany's dress....too cute!! Angie and Matt Sloan of Sloan Photographers captured their wedding story and as always...they ROCKED IT OUT!....Angie and Matt's work is simply STUNNING...I love their style and they are also the sweetest couple....I have to give them a special "shout out"...today is their anniversary....HAPPY ANNIVERSARY guys and now let's check out all the magic of Tiphany & Jamie's special day....Enjoy!

Real Wedding: Lisa & Mark
| Happy Monday Guys....can you believe it's June 1st....."Wedding Season" is truly here!!! So let's celebrate with "Wedding Week" at the cafe and to start it off....say hello to one of my favorite ladies...Laura Novak. I adore Laura...she's an AMAZING photographer and such a wonderful lady....I'm so happy to have her stop by today and equally happy to have her a part of The Bride's Cafe Crème de la Crème wedding vendor list. | I have known Lisa's family for several years now and each time I see them it is such a pleasure. So it was a real treat to be a part of her wedding to Mark, who's from the U.K. I had so much fun watching the guys prepare for the wedding......I seriously felt like I was in some sort of British comedy show! The reception was held at the Vicmead Hunt Club, in Greenvile, Delaware. The beautiful decor was provided by Flowers by Yukie, (who by the way is on The Bride's Cafe Crème de la Crème wedding vendor list).

| This was a great idea of Lisa's....when we were taking engagement photos, the couple posed with printed-out numbers to use later as their escort cards. Each guest received a beautiful, hand calligraphed envelope containing a wallet-sized photo of Lisa and Mark holding that guest's table number.

And finally ... as I have learned, no party is a party until Uncle Richard's formed a conga line!

Real New York Wedding: Grace & David
| Oh how I love New York and I'll be visiting the "city that never sleeps" in a couple of weeks...Meet Grace & David....their NY wedding took place on the rooftop at Tribeca. They are the cutest couple and their wedding is filled with style and sophistication. Stacey Ilyse is the incredibly talented photographer behind all the gorgeous images and she totally captured their wedding so beautifully. Kristin Bancaleone of The Treasured Petal
I'm so excited to have as our featured guest today.....the beautiful and talented floral and event designer...Kristin Bancaleone of The Treasured Petal......Kristin's work is AMAZING!! I love her designs and it's always a pleasure to have her stop by the cafe. Kristin is sharing the beautiful details and highlights from the wedding of Julia & James....you will love all the beautiful inspiration from Julia & James's wedding...the color palette is simply scrumptious and the flowers are so romantic...all so beautiful. I'm happy to share with you that The Treasured Petal is on TBC's Crème de la Crème list.
The beautiful images were captured by Jason Schmidt (Kristin asked him to photograph the details for her)....contact Jason at (jschmidtphoto@hotmail.com). The coordinator for this wedding was the fabulous Angel Swanson of Events of Love and Splendor...great job Angel!
Kristin shared a few details with us....."Each table was named after an author (the bride and groom are both writers!) Also, book pages were scanned onto vellum and wrapped around the candle hurricanes. Old books were scattered everywhere.
The inspiration for the colors was sweet, citrusy candy colors! Think pink grapefruit, lemonade, sherbet, etc. Each guest was given pink macaroons and the escort cards were placed in watermelon candy."
Now let's all get inspired from all the beautiful "floral magic" that Kristin designed....Enjoy!!
