Happy Monday Guys....hope you weekend was lovely...we are opening the cafe with the INCREDIBLY talented and oh-so-sweet Francoise Weeks....Francoise's floral designs are truly works of arts...she designs florals for weddings in Oregon and SW Washington....when Francoise isn't busy with weddings, she's teaching floral design classes....yes, she's a busy lady and I'm excited to have her take a little time out of her busy schedule to stop by the cafe and share a little bit of her world with us. I love her use of textures in her designs and her floral jewelry is AMAZING...she brings fashion and flowers together so beautifully....now let's get to know Francoise...Enjoy!!

Happy Monday Guys.....hope you all had a fabulous weekend...wedding season is officially here for me (that's why I was "missing" on Friday)....this is such a great time of the year for flowers....so, to kick things off at the cafe this week, I'm excited to introduce you to the oh-so-sweet and such a great floral artist, Caroline O'Donnell of Wild Folk Studio....Caroline's work is simply gorgeous and I'm excited to have her stop by the cafe today...so without further ado....I give you Caroline!!
"Hi, I'm Caroline, the self-taught floral designer and stylist behind the Boston based, artisan floral studio Wild Folk. I offer floral styling for weddings and events big and small, and local floral deliveries. Wild Folk is an environmentally conscious studio; using in season flowers and buying blooms from local farmers and growers whenever possible. I also deliver most of my floral arrangements on foot or public transportation.

Happy Monday Guys....today, I'm excited to start our "Meet the Designers" series back at the cafe and we are starting the series off with the oh-so-beautiful and talented, Isha Foss of Isha Foss Events! Isha's events are always so beautiful and she's a joy to work with...she services the Virginia and North Carolina areas and she is willing to travel. TBC: What’s a typical day like for you?
Isha: My morning starts with checking social media, then returning phone calls and e-mails. Most of my day is spent writing proposals, reserving rental, sketching room designs, and ordering flowers and containers that I need to make the event space complete. Oh, and lots of shopping for table accents. I end most days on my favorite blogs!
