Happy Holidays!
It's the holiday season and today, I'm busy getting lots of pretty flowers together for a "Holiday Shoot" on tomorrow....so, to get you all in the mood for lots of prettiness coming up next week, I thought I would share one of the cafe's first Holiday Shoots with you today....so, we are going back down "Memory Lane" with a shoot that is still filled with classic beauty and style....Enjoy!!
Style Team:
Katie Stoops of Katie Stoops Photography captured all the magic
Courtney Spencer of Merriment Events did a fantastic job with the styling
Jennifer Cota of Pretty Pen Jen always does a beautiful job with the calligraphy
Jenny Tremblay of The Sweetest Thing Bakery made a beautiful croquembouche
Sarah Valentine of Mango Hair Salon did a beautiful job with the hair and makeup
And the floral arrangements were designed by me, Janie Medley Flora Design
I hope you enjoy our holiday gift to you....let's begin with the beautiful garland created by Courtney...how fun is this...Courtney stamped the lettering on vintage tags and she strung them on jute twine!

The floral for the table consisted of white amaryllis, French anemones, Victoria white ranunculus, supergreen parrot tulips, and white peonies all in mercury glass vases. Using only one type of flower in each vase allows each flower to stand out, and is a simple solution for centerpieces. The amaryllis arrangements are rather tall, so they can be removed once guests are seated to allow for conversation across the table.

The menus were lettered in the shape of a star, and embellished with little stars made of sheet music.

Menus and place cards were calligraphed by Jen at Pretty Pen Jen...all so beautiful!

Our winter bouquet was a mix of white peonies....dusty miller..... and privet berries!
